Client: Medium Business Enterprise with Multiple Business Units.

 

Situation:

The client was experiencing the following dynamics inside their largest divisions-

- Growing retention issues in specific segments of the population; primarily those who had been in the same role approximately two years.

- Due to recent downsizing in the top and bottom levels of the organization, horizontal career growth opportunities decreased significantly resulting in an unprecedented increase in movement laterally across the organization.

- An organizational shift to provide employees with tools for becoming more proactive and successfully managing their own careers.

- The organization sought a business partner to design and deliver a solution that would lead to incremental gains in employee engagement scores and would stem their retention issues.

Results:

This client determined internally that the process AEPI-MAG, designed and executed had an impact of more than 200% ROI and decreased turnover in the division by approximately 50%.
This career management program initiative under the direction of Vice President HR, has been implemented across all divisions globally and coordinated via workflow & traning & KM platform designed by AEPI-TAG. To date, several employees have experienced Career & Performance management across North America, India & France.
